Efefi Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Efefi, a platform dedicated to discovering mobile applications, operates at efefi.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue use immediately. Efefi reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Efefi Site, including the design, text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations, software, and other materials (collectively, the "Efefi Content"), is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 3. Third-Party Links and Apps Hosted on Google Play

Efefi serves as a discovery and information platform that aggregates and links to third-party applications. The actual apps are hosted and delivered by Google Play or other third-party platforms, and Efefi does not host, host-oversee, or control those apps. Your use of any app linked from Efefi is governed by the respective app developerâ€™s terms and privacy policy and the hosting platformâ€™s terms of service. Efefi disclaims liability for the availability, content, or functionality of any third-party app. Links to third-party sites or apps are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsements by Efefi. By engaging with a linked app, you acknowledge the risk and accept responsibility for any decisions or actions you take in connection with that app.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Efefi disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Efefi does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Efefi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from any linked third-party apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of Efefi for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the lesser of the amount actually paid by you to Efefi for the use of the Site in the twelve months preceding the claim or $100.00, where permitted by law.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

6. General Provisions

Efefi may modify or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.
